The small grey controller of the SNES clicked in her hand as her fingers furiously moved from one button to another, directing the little italian character on the screen, navigating him across the gap on top of his little green dinosaur. You'd have thought with all the money they had, her particularly, that they would be playing the state of the art console's, not vintage electronics that were so old they were expensive again. The truth was, they had all that stuff, the Playstation 3 was tucked away in the corner beside the xbox 360, but Twigg was an 90's girl at heart and nothing beat a day playing away on the original super mario on a perfect condition 'super nintendo entertainment system.' Besides the games were a lot better, not that she didn't love a bit of gore, but they were all the same nowadays. The little character in the screen jumped again, landing on the head of a tortoise which it sent spinning out of control. Most girls might hate video games, but not her. What else was there to do on a tour with 4 boys? Anyway, she was Queen at this game, no one could beat her, and she was going to keep it that way.
Laying her back against the leather couch that took up a quarter of the living room area of the tour bus, her eyes remained fix on the too large flat screen TV that hung on one wall. These kids were looked after, that was for sure. From the speakers came a jolly and famous little jingle that everyone recognized at once, and unbeknownst to her the same tune was coming from Twigg's pale pink lips. There was no blood red cherry chap stick on her lips as usual, but they were bare. With her simplistic makeup, septum retainer in and hair half hidden in a scarf she didn't look her usual self, not that she looked any less stunning and there was no mistaking that pink hair that still shouted out from beneath the black head scarf. Discarded beside her on the leather was a pair of over sized white sunglasses in the shape of a heart; her favourite pair. It was dazzling outside, but in here it was pretty gloomy, just how she liked it.
Tucking her bare legs beneath her, she completed the level with ease, her lips turning up ever so slightly as she waited for the bonus round to load. As she watched the screen, her right hand reached out slowly to clasp the bottle of water that lay on the floor beside her, thirst suddenly taking her in its hold. For most of the morning she had been sat in the sun with the guys, enjoying the nevada weather, but she wasn't used to the intense heat and they had all retired to the bus. After a few rounds on Gears of War, another classic, they had begun to get restless and had left Twigg to her own devices while they explored the area around the venue, promising to return later and report all their findings to her so she wouldn't have to repeat the repeat the exercise later. All she needed to know really was where the nearest bar, sushi place, starbucks and night club was. All that was left was for them to direct her onto the stage where she could do her stuff.
They had arrived early in Vegas, even earlier than they had anticipated. With a 2 week stretch ahead of them it was a nice change to have some spare time to yourself, they had even explored the first venue quickly, getting to know where everything was before they were bundled into their dressing room and then bundled onto stage before being once again bundled back into the bus for the next stop. That was the good thing about have a few venue's to play in this town, they didn't have long bus journey's every other day. No doubt that would come later on in the schedule. Raising the plastic bottle to her lips after uncapping it deftly, she took a swig, swallowing the cool water eagerly before replacing the cap and setting it back at her feet. The day was so far going well enough, though she had to admit, sitting here on her own was less enjoyable than she had first thought, not that she was going to go trawling the streets looking for the boys.

Vincent Gates, had just woken up hearing the loud noises of video games being played in the living room of the tour. "What the hell is going on, who the hell is playing video games..."
he said to himself getting out of the bed he was sleeping on. He walked over to a white tank top was lying on the floor he slipped it on over his head. He looked towards the mirror, and took his contact case off his suitcase and unscrew the cap and put his regular contacts on so he could see. Vincent looked at his hair it was a mess just as he liked it. He smiled and looked around for a pair of pants. He picked em up and slipped him on. He looked at the time. It was 10am. He sighed to himself and opened the door and walked out into the rest of the tour bus. He rubbed his eyes seeing pink hair, and seeing Mario on the TV screen he shook his head. He walked over towards the chair that was a few feet from the couch. "10 a.m and your playing video games?" Vincent said as sat down in the chair. He looked up at the TV screen and blinked his eyes. Looking at the bad graphics of one of the most famous games in world he sighed. Vincent looked towards the 360 and the PS3 that was sitting in the corner of the tour bus still in the boxes. A pile of games for each system was next to them in a rack, and the games weren't even touched either. " And wouldn't you rather play something a little more exciting? Then running and jumping?"[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Though she had heard his movement as soon as he had awoke, Twigg made no move to look up of acknowledge his arrival even when he had entered the room, her sparkling green eyes did not leave the graphics of the tv screen where the little italian was currently flying through the air after developing wings. Though she didn't look at him, a slight smile curled her pale pink lips, the usual dark red lipstick missing from her make-up today, making her look younger and a lot more casual than she usually did. "What else would I do at 10 a.m.?" It was a lot funner then any of the chores she may be given if she step foot off the bus, even though they were headlining there were still things to lug around or set lists to write up. It was slightly easier for her because her instrument didn't need a technician and the mic was straight forward enough to hook up.
Though she couldn't quite see him from where she sat as he had chosen a chair across the room to her right, she could almost feel his gaze as he glanced towards the pile of more up to date hardware in the corner. Bracing herself for his words she echoed them in her mind even as they left his lips. Everyone in the bus was constantly telling her she was stupid for playing mario when there were so many new more 'impressive' games out there. So she felt like a break from constant gore and bad gun sounds, what was it to them? Maybe it was because they simply couldn't play Mario and it was so much easier to blame the gruesome monsters that lurched at you from every direction on the playstation or 360, rather than your less than expert gameplay.
Dropping back into the couch she got herself more comfortable, still barely glancing over at Vincent, there wasn't really any need for her to answer, they asked her every time she played on the damn thing. "Running and jumping is just fine for me at the moment," smiling slightly again she paused as the sound of clicking from the handset filled the room once more, she didn't need to concentrate, but she chose to because she enjoyed the game. Finally breaking the silence again she nodded her head over at him. "How are you planning on spending your day then?"

Vincent sighed as she spoke. "Well you could be sleeping or doing something else, hell your the leader of the band, make lists of songs of what we have to play. I don't care what ya do. Just know that when it is 10 a.m I'm sleeping." He said jokingly. As tired as he was, he still respected his friend and who never be serious in that type of way. "WE have been threw this numerous times." Vincent said slouching in his chair. "And I plan on spending my day by trying not to get tortured by the roadies as usual. They are starting to piss me off.I know, I fuck with them a lot, but seriously." Vincent remebered when they were in New York playing at a concert and after the show Vincent got shitfaced and pissed in one of the roadies suitcases. "And you know more then anyone on this bus how impatient I can get sometimes."[/blockquote]
